Investment Philosophy
KJC Global, LLC is an investment firm that employs a proprietary investment strategy known as The Process.
The Process has 7 Components:
1. Financials: Using the financial filings and disclosures by every publicly traded company, we evaluate key metrics to assess the company’s performance, profitability, and future value.
2. Management: By studying the leadership of a company, we can assess their ability to drive growth, make strategic decisions, and create value for shareholders.
3. Moat: The term “moat”, is a metaphor for the defensive moat around a castle- the wider the moat, the harder it is for competitors to take market share. The competitive advantage that protects the company from losing market share.
4. Theme: Companies that align with a central concept, message, or underlying concept that drives decision making. Both melds with the current environment and that can be altered to fit with changing ideas.
5. Public Sentiment: How the general public and individuals who might use the product or service feel about the company.
6. Contender: Companies which have a legitimate challenge to the established market leaders, by offering growth, products, and/or technology which can impact the environment.
7. Force Resilience: A companies ability to operate despite challenges, adapt to changing winds, and recover from operational setbacks and/or sustained stress.
